Emily Brady - After giving birth to my third child, I became content with life. We frequently ate out. I ate when the kids ate and constantly snacked between meals. My complacency caused me to gain a staggering amount of weight in a short period of time. I tried to lose weight with an array of weight-loss fads and diets. I'd deprive myself and pray it would make a difference. It didn't. I'd end up binging on chocolate or snacks. Each time I'd gain back my weight faster than I lost it.
